Every member who enters this facility agrees to uphold these rules — for the safety, respect, and integrity of the Underworld and all who train within it.
- Always warm up before using equipment.
- Use equipment as intended and follow proper technique at all times.
- Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment to staff immediately.
- Wear appropriate workout clothing and closed-toe athletic shoes at all times.
- Avoid loose jewellery or clothing that could get caught in equipment.
- Share equipment during busy times — limit sets and allow others to work in.
- Keep noise at a reasonable level and use headphones for personal music.
- Wipe down machines and weights after use with provided sanitisers.
- Return all equipment to its proper place after each use.
- Only active members or authorised guests are permitted inside the facility.
- Carry your membership card or key fob and present it if requested by staff.
- Only sealed water bottles are permitted on the gym floor.
- No food or other beverages are allowed in the training area.
- No harassment, intimidation, or inappropriate behaviour will be tolerated.
- Follow all staff instructions and comply with gym policies at all times.
- Use lockers at your own risk — remove all personal items after each visit.
- Shower before entering workout areas if returning from outdoor activity.
- Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult or have prior written approval from management to use the facilities.
- Respect all staff decisions without argument.
- Cooperate fully with staff directions during emergencies or facility closures.
Violation of any of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of membership without refund. Underworld Fitness reserves the right to enforce these rules at its absolute discretion.

Verbal warning issued by a staff member on the spot.
Formal written warning and a record placed on your membership file.
Temporary suspension from the facility pending review by management.
Immediate permanent ban without refund at management's absolute discretion.
